Meditation is the practice of stilling the mind.
In this workshop we will explore different techniques and practice the various skills necessary to establish and maintain our own individual practices.
This workshop is aimed at both beginners and experienced practitioners. It offer beginners to meditation a framework upon which they can build their own individual practice, and it offers experienced practitioners the opportunity to incorporate alternative techniques and refine their practice.
